Today I took a rather large step. I changed the link at the top from my own homemade photosite to my flickr account. I just think that flickr works very cool, with a far easier upload function that I have made myself, and with all the nice features in general.
Plus the fact that I don’t have to update it with nice features, they will do it for me.
I am although, not entirely ready to shut my old bluespot.dk/pictures down just yet… So far i will just call it deprecated and keep it alive.
I just uploaded the first version of my image cropper for wordpress. it works as a plugin and is easy to install. With this you can upload and crop images, and thereby choose only the part of an image you want to show. I have made a page for the project here.
I was a bit dissapointed about the way wordpress handlet images, so i decided to implement this cropper. It is very simple, but has the functionality i need at the moment.
Finally the day most people have been waiting for, has arrived. The day Brian Larsen started to blog. Fack yeah, it’s a great feeling. Now everybody can keep track of all my interesting life details. Like the other day, I bought a brand new milk from the local retailer ( I think it was Fakta, but I am not entirely sure.. could be Føtex though), and then I forgot to drink it all… after a few days it had gone bad, and I had to throw it out. Can you believe it?!
Hmm, as you may have guessed I have not yet decided what the main subjects of this blog should be, but I have a feeling that coming up with post should be no big deal as i get along with it. My interests are very varied so you will not see a pure tech blog here, and neither will you see a day to day diary and description of my life. That would simply be too boring for most of you, maybe except for those who really hates action and likes very very VERY predictable stories. And even though i am danish i am doing this in english, given that not everyone in my ingroup understand the danish language.
